The insulation board stacker crane prepares pallets for dispatch. Combined with an automatic stacker, it assembles a truck load on a conveyor before the loads are collected.

Load preparation before transfer to the truck
Pallets leave the store in the arrangement planned for the truck. The conveyor reproduces that layout while the stacker contributes to load assembly.
The store manages product references alongside billing information. Load preparation and product tracking are therefore connected to logistics operations.
Line functions
The stacker crane supplies the pallets needed for the load. The automatic stacker and conveyor arrange them before collection. The loading plan provides the reference for this preparation.
The illustrated unit is rated at 120 pallets/h. This value concerns automated preparation; it does not by itself describe the complete time required to load a truck.
