CLEIA × FIMEC SH
A new chapter,
industrial support
FIMEC SH was founded on 7 May 2026 by managers from Alfi Fimec, supported by a strategic partnership with the CLEIA industrial group.
This organisation combines the experience of FIMEC SH’s teams, specialists in handling and special-purpose machinery, with CLEIA’s industrial capabilities.
FIMEC SH maintains a direct relationship with its customers and retains the technical expertise of the teams who designed and installed their production lines.
On 16 June 2026, FIMEC SH acquired Alfi Fimec’s intellectual property, including drawings, programs, diagrams and manuals, together with its service and spare parts activities. This technical heritage supports work on existing installations.
