A production line built around the mould
The carousel serves the preparation and pouring stations. Filled moulds then move into storage until the concrete is ready for delayed demoulding. Products are placed on pallets for outfeed.
The stacker crane connects the production circuit to the storage system, bringing mould movements and production operations together within one installation.

Bulky products include manholes, well rings, risers and reducer cones. Flat products include kerbs, fence panels and window sills. The line configuration depends on the product family.
Moulds remain in storage while the concrete cures. The stacker crane retrieves them for demoulding.
