A multi-reference store connected to picking stations

The store can hold incoming supplies, work in progress and products intended for customers. Computerised management tracks locations and movements to show available stock.

The stacker crane presents products at preparation stations. The operator performs picking while movements between storage positions and the station are automated.

Racks and shuttle

The management system records arrivals into and departures from the store. This information supports consumption tracking and replenishment planning without relying solely on physical counts in storage areas.

Pallets, rolls and packages need suitable carriers. Admissible dimensions and weight are defined together with the handling system; the displayed values describe one logistics configuration.

The picking station must present each reference in a position suited to order preparation.

Additional racks and a shuttle provide a possible route to storage expansion. This development is planned around the layout and the flows to be served.

Where load weight and gripping dominate the design, the heavy-load storage page identifies the information needed.
