Wheels and lubrication units for industrial cars
Wheels and lubrication units equip kiln cars, dryer cars and transfer cars. The wheels use forged steel with hardened treads and flanges; automatic lubrication operates as the car passes.

The range includes 200, 240, 300 and 400 mm wheels. Selection depends on the application and exposure conditions in the heavy clay line.
The automatic lubrication unit centres on the wheel and controls lubrication pressure. It is triggered by the passing car so grease is applied when needed.

Lubrication pressure
Stainless steel tyres or graphite bearings can be offered for certain applications. These options are selected for the station’s temperature and environmental conditions.
The lubrication unit is integrated into the car route. Centring and pressure control regulate grease application; they do not replace wheel and bearing maintenance.
