Robotic kiln car cleaners
The kiln car cleaner removes dust and broken material from the top of the car and beneath the deck slabs. The robotic version can include a refractory component repositioning function.

Vacuum cleaning and debris removal
The nozzle operates without contact with the surface being cleaned. Brushing handles larger debris and the cleaning level adjusts automatically.
In addition to the robotic version, rail-mounted and gantry arrangements allow cleaning without moving the kiln car. Selection depends on the layout and surface geometry.

Option
Deck slab and refractory tile repositioning
The repositioning option uses fingers or suction cups to handle individual deck slabs. It can also apply to refractory tiles.
The illustrated suction configuration has an airflow of 6,000 m³/h and a vacuum of 800 mm water column. Sizing needs to account for the cleaning surface, debris quantity and extraction network.
